This App is used to support the YouthFed programmes so that young people can develop employability skills knowledge and understanding. YouthFed Tomorrows Leaders is an exciting tool that can be used for young people to develop employability skills through better knowledge and understanding. Learning is a about 'doing' and this App allows a young person to interact with their own portal to learn, develop and share employability skills understanding. When used in conjunction with employers, the YouthFed Tomorrows Leaders can also support the application process for positions of employment. Allowing young people to collect evidence, understand learning and develop a transferable range of skills, the App ensures that young people and employers are better linked through positive communication and understanding. This App is to be used in conjunction with YouthFed programmes and materials to ensure all young people are developing the right skills in the right way for their locality and community.
